Proof of address
A document showing your name and residential address. Check the accepted document type and date requirements in the upload instructions.
Consistent details
Ensure the name and personal details on your profile match your documents. Ask support if a correction is needed.

Upload safely
Upload documents only through the authenticated client area. Avoid cropped, blurred or edited copies. Read any follow-up request in your profile and provide the requested information there.
Do not email identity documents, card security codes, passwords or one-time codes when asking a general support question.
